Two full days of Canadian destinations, built for association planners considering a meeting north of the border.

ASAE Destination Demo Days are free, live, virtual events that help association meeting planners simplify the early stages of site selection. Modeled after ASAE’s Technology Demo Day format, each event gives you a practical way to compare destinations side by side and get answers to the questions that matter most.

Are you a destination?

Put your city in front of association meeting planners who are actively building their shortlists. Each Destination Demo Day features up to eight destinations, and spots for the upcoming events are open now.

FAQ before you board

Is it free to attend?
Yes. Destination Demo Days are free for ASAE members and nonmembers.
Can I register for more than one event?
Yes. Each event features a different lineup of destinations, so register for as many as you like.
Do I need to be an ASAE member?
No. Membership is not required to register. To complete registration, you will log in or create an account through ASAE’s sign-in system.
What time does each event start?
Each event opens at 11:00 a.m. ET with a short welcome and overview before the first destination demo at 11:15 a.m. ET. Eight 30-minute demos follow, with 15-minute breaks in between, wrapping at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Do I need to attend the whole day?
No. Pick the demos that interest you and add them to your calendar.
Who presents?
Representatives from each destination, typically the convention and visitors bureau or destination marketing organization.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Recordings are available for 90 days after the event.
Does this event earn CAE credits?
No. Because these sessions are destination demos, they are not eligible for CAE credit.
